Under Water takes you through a tour of a home in West Pittston, Pennsylvania that has been damaged in subtle, yet, forceful ways by flooding from the nearby Susquehanna River. The house itself, over a hundred years old, has seen countless floods and time after time residents have repaired and rebuilt. The images taken of the home do not do justice to the damage that has been done. Though the process of photomontage we are able to fully realize the forceful nature of the flood.
